One team for the whole stack

Scalable engagements — from a one-time consulting review to fully managed operations. Take what you need now, add the rest as you grow.

01

Network security

Segmentation and VLAN design, zone-based firewall policy, and SOC/SIEM logging so inter-device traffic is visible and controlled.

02

Network management

Ongoing monitoring, configuration control, and change management for switches, firewalls, and wireless across every branch.

03

Email security

Filtering, anti-phishing, DMARC/SPF/DKIM, and user protection to shut down the most common path into your environment.

04

Microsoft 365 management

Tenant hardening, conditional access and MFA, secure score remediation, and license and identity administration.

05

Endpoint protection

Managed EDR, device policy, and response — workstations and servers covered and monitored around the clock.

06

Patch management

Centralized, scheduled patching for operating systems and third-party software, with reporting your auditors will accept.

07

Disaster recovery

Immutable, offsite backups with tested restores and documented RTO/RPO — built on Veeam, verified on a schedule.

08

IP camera systems

Enterprise cloud-managed video covering entrances, teller lines, vaults, and parking, with retention policies and remote review.

09

Asset tracking

A live inventory of every device, warranty, and end-of-life date so nothing unmanaged sits on your network.

10

IT consulting

Exam-prep reviews, architecture guidance, vendor selection, and a second set of eyes before your next audit.

Approach

Consult, design, then manage

Every engagement starts by understanding what your examiners flagged and what keeps your team up at night. We fix the architecture first, then keep it healthy.

STEP 01

Assess

A structured review of network, endpoints, backup, physical security, and compliance posture — mapped to FFIEC expectations.

STEP 02

Design & remediate

Purpose-built segmentation, hardened identity, tested recovery, and camera coverage — implemented with minimal disruption.

STEP 03

Manage

Monitoring, patching, backup verification, and reporting, with an engineer who knows your environment on call.

Results

Recent work with financial institutions

Client names withheld. Outcomes are real.

Community bank

Flat network, examiner finding

A recent examination flagged inadequate network isolation. We redesigned the network with purpose-built VLANs for workstations, servers, guest, cameras/IoT, and management, plus zone-based firewall rules with SOC/SIEM logging.

Result: Passed the next examination with the segmentation finding closed; staff gained visibility into device communication they never had.
Regional credit union

Aging cameras, slow compliance response

Poor image quality and blind spots made footage retrieval a same-day branch visit. We deployed enterprise high-resolution cameras across branches with centralized cloud management and standardized retention.

Result: Incident review dropped from a same-day trip to minutes; audit-ready footage with full branch coverage.
Multi-branch institution

ISP outage = branch shutdown

Circuit failures took out transactions and ATM access with no central visibility. We deployed SD-WAN with automatic cellular failover at every branch and a real-time monitoring dashboard.

Result: No full branch outages from ISP failures since deployment; service continues through primary-circuit failures.
